Pole fitness is a fantastic workout that will help to improve strength, flexibility, and self-confidence! Pole dancing classes are a sexy and fun way to get that exercise!
At Honey Groove, we want to put you on a path to meet your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, or just escape the regular boring workout, our trainers will work with you to create a personalized plan to help you succeed.

Classes are available now for scheduling.
We have a cancellation policy of 12 hours prior to the beginning of the class. You must cancel your reservation before the 12 hour window in order to receive a refund or a reschedule. Late cancels will not be refunded.
Late arrivals will not be admitted for the safety of our students. Late arrivals will be considered a late cancellation and will not be refunded. Please respect our instructors and other students by arriving 5-10 minutes early for the start of your class.
Due to COVID restrictions- classes sell out quickly! Classes must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior. If not paid in full by the cut-off, your reservation will be cancelled for non-payment.

Honey Groove Studio Instructor Team:
Jennifer is an XPert Certified Instructor for Pole 1/2 and 3/4. She also teaches our 6 week Progressive Sessions.
Jasmine is an XPert Certified Instructor for Pole 1/2. Jasmine teaches Beginner and Intermediate Pole, as well as Pole Fit and STRETCH classes.
Bridget has many years of teaching experience and teaches Mixed Level Pole, including advanced techniques. She also teaches Aerial Hoop, Pole Choreography, and Chair Choreography.
Basis is a talented aerialist at Pole, Aerial Hoop, and Aerial Rope and teaches Intro to Pole Fitness every Sunday!
Ashley is certified as a Spin City Aerial Pole Instructor. Ashley teaches Intro to Pole Fitness and Beginner Pole.
Kristen is also working on certification through Spin City Aerial Fitness. She is currently teaching Aerial Hoop Fitness on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
What to wear for pole dancing class
1. Wear shorts, a tank top and sports bra. NO Capri Pants or Leggings. You need to be able to grip the pole with your legs.
2. DO NOT apply lotion or oils on your hands or body. These interfere with your ability to grip the pole. Just wash your hands and wipe off your legs as best you can if you forget.
3. Stow away your watches, bracelets, and rings. They can damage the pole equipment an create a safety risk.
I have no upper body strength, can I do this?
It is not a problem. By coming you will start to slowly build strength, our classes are designed to progressively teach you how to build strength and dance technique.
Is there a weight limit for the poles?
Short answer is NO! Pole is for EVERY body. We begin at your current fitness level and work to build strength and flexibility.

Our Beginner Progressive Series is a session of 6 weeks and meets on the same day/time each week. Great for building your strength and stamina! The 6 week series is sold as a classpack and classes are scheduled as new sessions begin.
